- KARLIE offers refunds to your original form of payment for eligible returns within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. You will be charged a small processing and handling fee of $8.00 upon refund being issued.
- KARLIE will provide a return shipping label if requested. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive return label. $8.00 will be deducted from your return if we provide the label. You are welcome to purchase your own label to avoid the $8.00 fee.
- SALE ITEMS, BAGS, and JEWELRY are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. These items will not be accepted if returned.
- Any item on ANY type of SALE cannot be returned. This includes flash sales, promotional sales, and final few items.
- All returns must be received by the KARLIE Returns Department within 14 days of the date you receive your item(s).
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt or cannot be returned.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, un-altered and smoke-free.
- Original tags MUST be attached. Items MUST also be in original packaging.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- The KARLIE Returns Department reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and make changes to this policy without notice.
- KARLIE does NOT refund original shipping charges.
- KARLIE is NOT responsible for returned items that are lost on their journey back to us.

Returns are usually processed within 7 days once we receive your item(s) back. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
If your item(s) do not meet the above requirements, please do not request to return them. They will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
