How it works:
Weren't in love with what you ordered? We get that happens sometimes! Returns or exchanges are available within 10 days of purchase. If your return is initiated within 10 days of the order date, you have three options - exchange your items for a different size, receive a refund back to the original form of payment or receive a Karlie gift card! If you initiate a return past 10 days of the order date, your only option is a Karlie gift card! Items marked ‘final sale’ are indeed, final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items include anything in the "sale" tab and mystery boxes.
How do I start a return?
It’s super easy! Visit our Return Center to start your return. You’ll need your order number (ex: KR12345) and the shipping zip code associated with your order. You will be walked through an easy step-by-step process to complete your return!
Can I make an exchange?
Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
Not at all. The garment can be shipped back in your preferred packaging. We just ask that it’s shipped in a container that protects the merchandise to avoid damage in transit!
Is an order slip required?
It helps us, but it's not necessary. Please include a name or order number if possible. We have all the other information we need but please make sure your returned product still has its original tags intact and you use the shipping label we provide to you.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Mistakes happen! We appreciate you understanding! If you receive the wrong item, please proceed to our returns center, enter your order number and shipping zip code. Click "I received the wrong item" and walk through the process of return the item!
