Do you ship internationally?

  • No. We currently only ship within the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, we are happy to offer free standard shipping on orders of $250 or more.

What service do you use for shipping?

  • We use USPS with tracking so you can follow your items right to your doorstep. 

How do I get a return shipping label?

  • Please visit our Returns Center here, you can download a label to return your item(s).

When will my order be shipped?

  • We ship every weekday. Your order will be shipped the next business day after placing the order.

Does is cost money to return an item?

  • Yes, you are responsible for return shipping charges. 

    How long do returns take to process?

    • Returns are usually processed within 7 business days once we receive your item(s) back. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. 

    How do your clothes fit?

    • Each style may fit differently so please refer to the charts below to find the best fit for you. Please note, some items may not fit perfectly according to the chart below. If there is a specific item you're interested in, please email us so we can better assist you with more accurate sizing information based on that specific garment. Also, we have included the model's height and size on each item to help you understand how each item fits.

    How do I cancel my order?

    • If for any reason you need to cancel your order, we request you do so within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us at cs@shopkarlie.com.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    • We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments using Afterpay and Shop Pay.

    I am having issues checking out, what should I do?

    • Please make sure your billing address matches exactly with your credit card. Also check your card number and expiration date. If you are still having issues, please contact us.

    Did my order go through?

    • If you are unsure if your order went through, please check your email for an order confirmation. If you think you placed an order, but did not receive an email, please contact us and we can help you.
