Do you ship internationally?

  • No. We currently only ship within the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, we are happy to offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more.

What service do you use for shipping?

  • We use USPS with tracking so you can follow your items right to your doorstep. UPS next day shipping is also available.

How do I get a return shipping label?

  • Please visit our Returns Center here, you can download a label to return your item(s).

Does is cost money to return an item?

  • Yes, you are responsible for return shipping charges. We offer the option to opt in to FREE returns and exchanges for a small fee. You will see this when you are shopping and going through the checkout process.
    How long do returns take to process?
    • Returns are usually processed within 7 business days once we receive your item(s) back. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. 

    How do your clothes fit?

    • Please check out our sizing chart here. If you have more specific questions email us at cs@shopkarlie.com. Hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm CST.

    How do I cancel my order?

    • If for any reason you need to cancel your order, we request you do so within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us at cs@shopkarlie.com.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    • We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept payments using Afterpay and Shop Pay.

    I am having issues checking out, what should I do?

    • Please make sure your billing address matches exactly with your credit card. Also check your card number and expiration date. If you are still having issues, please contact us.

    Did my order go through?

    • If you are unsure if your order went through, please check your email for an order confirmation. If you think you placed an order, but did not receive an email, please contact us and we can help you.
